KROA sells Oregon Rental Housing Association (ORHA) hard copy forms.  Forms can be purchased in person from our office between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2795 Anderson Ave, Suite 101 in Klamath Falls, OR 97603.  

KROA members receive a significant discount on forms. All sales benefit KROA. 

Forms may also be purchased online through the state association webstore.  Purchases on the webstore generally does not help KROA.
