2026 Klamath Falls Property Management Seminar (for Landlords, Real Estate Investors, Realtors, and Property Managers)

I hope that you are able to attend this so called Property Management seminar.  I think the name is misleading as it should say "Landlords, Real Estate Investors, Property Managers and Realtors Seminar".   The class instructors are second to none and are all rental owners and managers themselves and their knowledge is real world.  Who has ever been to a class called  "Horror stories and other Landlord Dilemmas"?  My friends, for $125.00, if you can make it, you will not be disappointed.  Plus you get lunch and 2 free drinks during happy hour with your tax write off.- Lance Lesueur, President KROA

As I was driving to Roseburg for the 2023 Property Management Seminar, I thought I  was going to be with a group of Landlords, Real Estate Investors, Property Managers and Realtors and it was going to be a waste of my time since I had been a property manager for 25+ years and I had seen it all.  By the end of the day though, I was totally amazed by  how much more l had learned.
